The Recruiter got my reference from an ex-colleague and discussed the Job Description with me and explained the profile details. He also understood my current profile and asked for an updated CV. Then he reverted with a request for a Face-to-Face interaction with him at his office. After that he indicated that he would forward it to the prospective organization. After about 15-20 days got a call for a Technical Interview. After a gap of another 15-20 days got a call for the HR round and after a further gap of about the same period appeared for the final interview by the President. After a week got an offer and within the next week I accepted the offer after a few clarifications. That was about it.
