I initially went in for an interview as a candidate for sales positions they are recruiting for. The interview went well and I was asked to sit another interview with another manager with regards to working there. After these two went well I was interviewed by one of the company directors. Everyone was very friendly but as you went up the chain the questions became a little deeper, obviously the answers needed to be more detailed in reply.
