Entrevista
The process was relaxed and relatively easy. The interview was mostly an informal conversation aimed at getting to know the applicant through behavioral questions and engagement surrounding past experiences and interests. The interviewers were incredibly nice, offered a good deal of detail about the position, and were very willing to answer questions throughout the process. The recruiters were on their game, and the process was a smooth and enjoyable one. It definitely set me up for accepting the offer when it came about 2 weeks later.

All of the questions were relatively popular behavioral questions - how do you handle difficulty, how do you work in a team, etc. Also questions about interest in banking, why BMO, etc.

Entrevista
Last round was mostly behavioral questions, some gaging engagement in past interviews mainly what I learned from other interviewers. Was asked what I knew about the company and why this bank over the next one.
Standard video interview process followed by potential 2nd round interview. Standard questions and adequate question prep time. The entire process took 20 minutes and was clearly outlined in the email.
