Applied and had an initial phone conversation. Everything went well, including them telling me I had made it to the next round. And then didn't hear back for weeks despite multiple follow ups. And then I was told no; my disappointment was in the lack of communication. When a company interviews someone for 1.5 hours on the phone and tells them they made it to the next round they should inform the candidate that they changed their mind.
