I had three managers and a trainee for HR in my interview. Everyone was amazingly nice and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. I was asked multiple questions by two of the managers. Many of them regarding my experience in call centers and with customer service. I was not asked to sell them something like I thought I would be asked. I was also asked for my shift preference.
