Online screening (a recording with 3 tries on each question)-> 1 month later got a call for an interview -> Face to Face with Branch Manager and HR. I haven't heard back from them since. Questions are about dealing with difficult customers/sales/Why BMO/etc

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
