I had a detailed phone interview to make sure that I knew what I was talking about.
The second interview was a "chit-chat" with the manager to make sure she liked my personality and I would fit in.

The interview consisted of approximately five behavioral questions and lasted around 30 minutes. It was conducted through their HR website, which was well-organized, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. In the end you can also submit any questions you may have.
