HR screener call 45 minutes, group interview 1 hour, panel interview 1 hour. Behavioural questions and questions about experience and education on resume. Some of the same questions were asked at all three interviews, not sure if this was to check for consistency in answers. They went with an internal candidate because of their knowledge of BMO internal processes.

HR sent an email re phone screening time and phone number. Then we had a phone call the next day to go through my work experience, etc. I also asked her about the next hiring steps, what can be expected.

Applied for position online. Telephone Interview with Recruiter followed by in-person interview with the Hiring Manager at downtown location. Took the Go train, there was ample time before the interview to walk around.
