It was a standard interview including a lot of behavioral questions. The interview lasted for 30 mins with the branch manager. No surprise questions, everything is very standard, I am sure a lot of them will be written on the internet already.

Many behavioural types of questions and past experiences were asked. Not too many questions about yourself, but about the experiences you had. Be prepared for small talks and conversational questions.

Video round consisted of standard questions on motivation, experience in customer service, how to solve problems with customers.you are given around a minute to prepare and review each of your responses, and can retake 3 times.
