After a week of applying, I received an invitation to do a digital interview where I recorded about 8-10 questions - answers and submit them. You get 90 seconds and 3 attempts for each question. Moving forward about 2 weeks, I was interviewed by the branch manager, who was friendly and engaging in the conversation. The interview lasted about 40 minutes with the standard questions (tell me about yourself, dealing with difficult customers, weakness + strength,...) and some questions regarding sales skills plus some situational ones. I did not get the job offer.
