Process covered two sessions, one of which was 1-2 hours with the group manager. A second half-day session involved 30-45 minute interviews with several functional group leaders, as well as with several mid-level employees in the group.

30 min phone interview with the recruiter was comprised of pretty basic questions (i.e., walk me through your experience, expectations on the role, etc.). I was also provided 10min at the end to ask questions about the role, team, etc.

Entrevista
Interview process was very straightforward and typical - classic HR screening, manager interview and then senior leadership panel. The interview process lasted give it or take 4 weeks. After final round they took 3 weeks to then send an automated email. You would think that BMO is a professional place but clearly not - my own assessment was wrong.
