It`s a very easy process, they let you know beforehand what type of interview will take place. The recruiter sent me an email letting me know that it will be mainly behavioural based interview questions, mainly focus on past experience. How well you worked with people, good performance, and sales potential.

I got my phone interview last week, and about three days later, I got the face to face interview.
