It was very basic. Met a managing director and a few people in HR. They took me around the building and told me how they were put in the positions they are in. There is a lot of lateral movement in the company.

The process was very smooth. The interviewers and the team at BMO were very friendly and extremely passionate about their work. They expressed an environment where teamwork was extremely important and their interview questions were very much focused on having the right personality for the job. Overall, I was left with a very good impression on their process and all things considered, the interview was a very fun process.
