Applied online, and get email to confirm the phone interview time. It is one week after, then they called to ask some questions, starts with a few general questions, and then will ask some questions about customer service and sales experiences.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
