I was already working for the bank of montreal as a customer service representative, my manager recommended that I should apply for a financial services manager opening. The first step was applying for the position online, and from there I had a recruiter contact me over the phone. The first interview was to get to know me and go over behavioral questions, such as what actions I would take in different situations. The next phone interview was more based on previous work experience, with the main focus on sales experience and an emphasis on targets. The third interview was done by video where it was a combination of behavior and past work experience questions

phone call 1st then two branch manager interviewed you at the same time. Madarin is a plus for certain arrears. depend on the work place and the different personalities of different managers

The hiring process was smooth and easy. The interviewers were nice and friendly. Phone interview and face to face interview. Hiring is done by centralized HR manager. Got my offer same day by email, official letter the next day. The manager was clear about salary and expectations on the role. Great place to work!
