Job application was open from July - February. Interview mid-February. For the interview candidates needed to prepare a presentation based on polling data from the EU referendum in the UK. Once candidate presented - in a very small room to two people - there was a short interview, followed by three tests on data interpretation

The first interview was a 20-30 minute Teams call, which was a casual discussion about the company and my research experience. It was a pleasant experience that left me feeling positive about any future interviews. The second interview took place at the office. It included a presentation about the company, a second round of interviews, a group project, and a presentation I had prepared based on one of three pieces of research conducted by BMG. The second interview process felt somewhat unusual; each graduate was interviewed by different people and presented to different individuals. For a more uniform process, I would have expected the same people to conduct and assess each stage of the interview.
