Initial screening phone interview, followed by face to face technical interview with a panel of interviewer, for me it was 4 and in the end HR interview with hiring manager and HR

Seven phone calls with various staff members. Very easy interview, no set process, just a set number of people to talk to. No difficult questions more of a personality fit review. Junior management, lack of clear process for a process company. Poor communication. Waste of my time.
