I got the application through a recruiter, then you have to pass a technical test.
After that, you get an interview with HR and someone from the Dev team. The overall experience with the HR person was horrible, as she didn't show any interest to be there or work at all.
On the contrary the interview with the person from the Dev team is quite technical, in order to evaluate your level and fit in the project. The feedback from him was very positive and it sensed as the process was going to be OK.
After some time without any response or news on the process they discarded me, because of their discriminatory culture/team policies.
Although their project there is quite interesting and the company looks awesome, they are losing good candidates because of their bad HR team and their discriminatory policies.

Contacted by recruiter to talk about the role and expectations. They asked me to complete a test online. Provided a detailed feedback to reject my test which was useful to understand where to get better.

Entrevista
I've tried to get a job 3 different times in 2 years. The process used to be: call with HR, technical assesment and chat with the team. The first time I've passed the assesment successfully, but, because they take two months to review the test I've accepted another offer. The second time they discard me because I've left a wrong default parameter in the cli tool to execute the solution (although, as they also said, the solution was correct) and the third time my solution was also correct (they said that) but they choose another candidate becase she had experience on the music industry.
