Many steps in interviewing, met with several people over many many months. Kept following up and was told, will get back to you once team has feedback. Honestly it was 6 months of my life wasted with several interviews (one was 4 hours long), checking back on a position and never hearing much back other than "waiting on the team for feedback". I only found out they hired for the position from a friend.
