Interview process took about 3 months and had a about 6 different interviews with different people in the organization. I had to constantly keep following up with the team. I was told I was a finalist for the role and then was told that I did not have enough experience for what they needed. I was surprised to hear this feedback, since after 3 rounds the team would have known, if I was a fit or not. The process took too long and seemed highly unorganized. I even asked during my interviews if there were any hesitations at which I was told no, none at this time.
