El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en BLACE

      Entrevista

It was a month-long process with 7 individual interviews, none of which were combined, the most disorganized and drawn out onboarding process I have ever experienced which highlighted the company's leadership's own confusion about what they are doing and ultimate disrespect for their employees and their time. I was unaware of the process and so assumed each interview that I was being invited back for was the final one. The sixth interview was with the CEO who asked about my willingness to work 12 hour days and said she was planning on selling the company soon, which explained why she cares so little about her employees' experiences in the toxic environment she created. She ended the interview by saying "ok Babe." The final interview was with someone who told me she officially starts next week, who, upon finding out she was my seventh interview fell silent and apologized. She was obviously unable to answer any of my questions about the company. When I asked how often I was expected to work 12 hour days she responded by telling me some work 18 hour days. I asked "HR" on a Friday what the status of my application was with no response, which prompted me to accept another job offer. The following Monday I was sent an offer letter with a start date an additional month away, before which time I was instructed to do all of my onboarding tasks which legally should have been done after actually starting work: setting up email, checking the already full inbox, creating various logins such as for the payroll company, writing an autobiography introducing myself to the team. Although the whole process was one big red flag I did accept the job but stayed for significantly less time than the whole interview process took. Although the interviews themselves were not difficult, the prolonged process which toyed with my time and emotions was; a telling process foreboding how the company operates as a whole.
