You will be contacted by an HR specialist to discuss the position then your information will be forwarded to the appropriate section/department. The section/department lead/supervisor/head will conduct an initial interview. The next stage will be a panel interview. If selected to continue there will be an assessment. If you pass the assessment you will receive a conditional offer of employment.
