Pretty simple and easy. I went in and told the membership desk I was there for an interview they directed me where to go, I had to wait a few minutes and then my department manager came down to greet me, we went upstairs and had the interview. The vibe was cool and the manager at the time made me feel a lot less anxious and nervous than I usually feel during the process.

Phone interview regarding work experience, desired hours, etc. Friendly over the phone and seemed very welcoming HR/recruiting staff. Once the in person interview was conducted the interviewer completely disregarded the hours I advised I would work and the interview ended.
