Two rounds of interviews are conducted: firstly a one-on-one with the Director of Sales & Marketing for assessment of overall fit / basic screening, and second round involves presentation on a topic of one's own choosing. The rest is personal test which provided by the company. The whole process may take up to a few weeks' time but not awfully long.
