I applied for a Software Engineer role at BIK via LinkedIn Easy Apply. An HR representative reached out on WhatsApp regarding the job opportunity. I called back and requested a few days to prepare for the first technical interview, which was scheduled with the Founder & CTO. The first round was a technical interview conducted online. The second round took place in the office and was initially supposed to be a React interview, but it was adjusted based on my experience. The third and final round, also in the office, was originally planned as a system design interview but was adapted into a backend learning session. Later that day, HR informed me that they wanted to extend an offer. After some negotiations, I accepted.
