Two stage interview process.
Stage one was via Teams, general discussion of working history and skillset. Usual brief getting-to-know you call. Plenty of chances to ask questions and learn more about them.
Stage two was a technical test. Asked to create an automated test suite for a demo site using BDD and POM in advance of the in person interview. Then on the day of the interview they quizzed me on the code I submitted, approach taken, outcomes, difficulties etc.
After that it was a SQL test, had to write queries of increasing complexity against a sample DB.
Then some general problem solving questions and meet the team stuff at the end.
Team were friendly and open throughout. Seemed like a decent enough place to work but no offer in the end.
