I sent my resume and cover letter via their website. I first had a telephone interview with HR. Then I sat down with a couple HR people and a couple engineers. It was very relaxed and comfortable; everyone was very nice. I got called back for a second interview to meet one of the bosses and he was a bit more intense, but it was still a pretty relaxed interview.

They asked several normal interview type questions (favorite classes, flexibility, teamwork, etc). They really want engineers to have good people skills, so if you worked in the service industry, don't exclude that from your resume.
