The interview process was somewhat extensive. There was the internal interview within the agency that consisted of skills overview and background review. Followed by a forty-five minute telephone interview with the hiring client. And lastly two seperate three panel person interviews that lasted one hour each. The panel session consisted of a skills and personality inquiry session. This process took about two and one half weeks.
