Had a phone interview with HR. Asked 17 questions in all. Most questions referred to previous jobs. After phone interview, traveled to the Fairhope office. The manager was all over the place and not prepared for the interview. As a result he did ask any questions and just informed me on the day to day responsibility. Never heard back from them after second interview.
