After submitting my application, I was scheduled for a telephone interview. At that time, it appeared that the hiring manager was getting her first look at my resume because, when she got to the oldest job entry, she said, "Let's go back to where it all started; all the way back to 1983." At that point, the tone of the interview changed so markedly that I almost asked, "At what point did you decide I was too old for this position?"

Submitted an application online via the careers website and heard from the recruiter roughly a week later. Recruiter asked to schedule time to chat about the opportunity and had several long-form questions for me to fill out discussing my experience. The recruiter missed my email and did not contact me for a conversation before passing me directly to the hiring manager. Standard behavioral call with the hiring manager and no follow-up since that interview.
