I was reached out to by a recruiter to tell me about the job and I assume so he could get a feel for my personality and make sure I would be a good fit for the position. After the screener, we set up an interview where I spoke with the same recruiter and went over more of the job and interview-style questions. After that interview, we set one up with the hiring manager, then I was offered the position later that day. The full application to hire time was about one week.

1. Pre-screen (10 mins) 2. Phone screen (30-45 mins) 3. Interview with hiring manager (45 mins +). Must pass drug screen , background check, and motor vehicle check (if driving on behalf of the company). If you're applying for a position representing a brand, sometimes there is a final last interview direct with the client- which is more a conversation just to see if you fit the cultutre/values of that brand.

Phone interview with HR, who was very nice and down to earth, then another phone interview with the hiring manager the next day. Gave a 60 second sales pitch to the hiring manager, which I was told was good because I did my research.
