Good but didnt understand why i was rejected. HR didnt even reply after asking for status. Such bizzare way of handling job applications hope they improve over time.
The interview was also not to test my skills and relation to it with job it was more of a evaluation of my career plans which was frankly too intrusive and unnecessary and beyong the scope of the interview.

Background part question is common and easy to answer such as why company and why job. The interviewers are kind and nice. They also introduce the company culture and their own experience to you. The whole experience is great.
Pretty nice, friendly people and mostly behavior questions not very challenging. Pay is average audit salary. Good to learn a bit more about the company. Feel like mostly introvert professionals in the team

Il colloquio è suddiviso in 3 steps: 1)colloquio di gruppo dove si svolge un caso studio; 2) colloquio conoscitivo con l'HR dove vengono fatte alcune domande di inglese ma molto basilari; 3) colloquio tecnico con manager dove mi aveva chiesto di svolgere degli esercizi di partita doppia, nozioni in generale su economia aziendale (ad esempio, avviamento ecc)
