It started with online application. Then 1 assessment and one way video interview which was fairly easy questions were asked lkke what's your dream role, wjat kind of work place you would like to work as etc. Also the video interview has only three questions.

First round was video interview with questions that had a time limit to prepare for. Mostly understanding interest in the role and understanding of the firm. Prep for shorter responses because of the time limit, limited retakes.

Group Interview on the assessment day following an 1v1 Individual Interview with a partner and a manager. The whole interview process was quick, 30 minutes for the group and 20 minutes for the individual one.

It was an interview for a tax grad role. They asked me simple questions like about my uni experience, etc. Partner was also present coz the team was small. He was looking for someone with genuine interest in tax.
