They just called randomly one day asking questions about my qualifications. So it was a phone interview but totally unscheduled and unannounced. I was not prepared at all and didn't have access to my resume at the time of the call. I didn't want to ignore the call for fear of losing the opportunity, but I did not expect that this call was going to be an interview. I figured they were calling to schedule an interview. Anyway, didn't get any call backs. Hard to sell yourself in the best way you can when you're not prepared.
