You have to have excellent Accounting skills and ERP understanding in order to go through the interview process. Almost 5 stages you have to go through. Be positive and demonstrate your skill set perfectly matches the job requirements. You meet the hiring manager to the partner level. Finally, you have to have some good references as well.
