Video interview with 7 questions, mostly strength-based rather than competency-based. They will ask about your thoughts on some certain qualities like customer service, communication, problem solving, etc so you don't necessarily follow the STAR method in giving the answers, although some examples can become handy

Online assessment, followed by a video interview, followed by a virtual assessment centre, followed by an in person interview. Felt supported throughout and had great quick responses in regards to next stages.

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.

Online application + CV, online assessments (SJT, numerical reasoning & verbal reasoning - included some video recorded responses), Virtual Assessment Centre (individual task, group task and networking session with current graduate auditors at BDO), final in-person interview.
