it is a video interview after online test. It consists of 13 questions. It says it is strengths based, but there are commercial questions coming out. The first question allows infinite rerecording, which i am not sure if it is assessed. For the remaining 12, each question would give you 30s thinking time after you click the "view the question", you can answer to at most 90s, after that, the system will automatically submit the answer. The internet connection is really important otherwise each time you submit answers it would just take ages.
