Pre-screening followed by a 2 person formal interview. Standard interview questions. Salary information given to me in pre-screen did not match what I was told in formal interview (by a very wide margin). Almost as if the initial pre-screen job recruiter wasn't given the correct information about the salary information or the job itself (there was a very large disconnect between the pre-screen and formal interview - which I found very confusing. I barely remember the interview because of that). Very disappointed with this company considering their overall positive reputation. They re-posted the job ad but didn't bother to contact me after I did a formal interview, which I found unprofessional and rude (and it's been over 2 months since I interviewed there). A simple "thanks, but no thanks" email would have sufficed.
