The hiring process would be concluded once the interviewer had finished phone screening all candidates. The interviewing process relied on current job role and a technical question based on a drawing.

There is a block parallel to a fixed wall. The surface of the block is covered by triangles which coincide with one triangle of similar size attached to a beam that surfaces from the wall. Whenever a person tries to applied a force away from the wall there's a small resistance. The customer asks you how to increase the resistance.
