I applied through the website. After the HR screening, I went through 4 rounds of interviews. Interviewers all seemed nice, but they seemed to ask similar questions throughout the process so it was unnecessarily too long. The interviewers also seemed too focussed on the hybrid working model. When I was given the feedback, the recruiter mentioned a very generic feedback of "the candidate has more experience". I expected something more streamlined and professional from a big company like BD.

The interview included common questions designed to get to know me better, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The team was friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. nice office

Entrevista
Recruiter proactively reached out to me to see if I was interested in a similar role at the company. We connected via email and then for a call and they asked me to apply for the role. They had been in process of connecting with the hiring manager for next steps, and it's now been two months and they've completely ghosted. Leaves a bad impression that they were originally pursuing me as a candidate, and yet can't be bothered to even respond or confirm that they will not be moving forward with my candidacy. This has been a poor candidate experience and I not be inclined to work with this company in the future.
