I was contacted by a an external recruiter for a contract position in Franklin Lakes. They submitted my resume to BD and then I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. The manager didn't introduce himself, share his name, or say any kind of introduction to what the position would be like. He just asked rapid fire technical questions for 30 minutes straight. He was looking for one word answers, and whenever I asked clarifying questions or detailed explanations, he cut me off and moved to the next question. Horrible experience. I'm glad I won't be taking this role.
