J'ai eu un rendez-vous pour une entrevue téléphonique avec deux personnes du département. Elle a duré environ 30 minutes et comprenait des questions de bases sur les connaissances de l'entreprise, mon CV, etc. À la fin de l'entretien, on m'a convié à une entrevue en personne dans la semaine suivante.
Cette entrevue était avec les deux mêmes personnes et était très conviviale. Elle comprenait des questions sur ma motivation, mes passions, etc. Ils cherchaient définitivement à mieux me connaître au lieu de me piéger.

Applied online. Was contacted through email and invited to take a one-way automated interview (computer prompts questions and your responses are video recorded). Heard back about a month later (it was during holiday season) and invited to a phone interview. Questions were fairly simple; they asked about particular experiences on my resume, why I was interested in the company, and how I worked in a team. Was given an offer the next day. No in-person interview.

Video interview was simple to conduct. It took a long time to hear back from HR that I was not offered the position. The questions were very brief. Roughly 7-10 questions asked in the interview. None of the questions were challenging.

Had 2 weeks to prepare the interview.
During the interview, you will have 30 - 60 seconds to prepare the answer after you got the problem. There were around 6-7 questions and at last, there was one for you to make notes for your previous answers.
