Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en BD (San Diego, CA) en ago 2016
Entrevista
The communication with HR was messy. They sent me an interview request for another candidate and then sent me a request a few minutes later. A few days later another HR person contacts me for a pre-screen call and immediately asks how much money I make. When they ask my salary requirements and I ask for a salary range they tell me that information is confidential. The only other question asked was why am I looking to leave my current position. The day of my 2.5 hour interview when I was already on site the hiring manager tried to cancel the interview due to illness...HR called me but didn't realize the interview already started. I was told that "if" I made it to the second round then I would meet the hiring manager. The interview I had felt rigged and was over in 10 minutes after the HR or someone contacted the person I was interviewing with. I prepped for this interview and took a day off and it was a waste of my time.
Multiple panels and individual interviews with the hiring team. Presentation on previous experience to a large group. Minimal negotiation provided after offer. Interviewers were approachable. Received offer fairly quickly after the interviews.
2 rounds of interview, separately with hiring manager and key stakeholder. Interview process is relatively fast compared to other MNC. Difficulty level: 3/5, focusing in technical skill and scenario question.

Ask to share one of the challenge face in the past role, and how you encounter it.
All-day event with cross-functional team represented by those I would interact with. Difficulty level may be perceived higher, but only because of length of interview day (8+ hours). Multiple rounds of phone screens prior to being invited to on-site interview.
