Very simple phone recruiter interview and skills interview followed by in-person interview with manager and account manager. The manager at the time was very personable and friendly. He has since left the company.

Initial phone screen, followed by a two round in-person interview. First interview was with 3 people, including the practice manager. 2nd Interview (one week later) included six people (four project managers, and Practice Directors) Project Managers were working on their computers, very little eye contact, even when they asked questions. Practice Director gave very optimistic review of the opportunity.
