The interview process was very smooth. The recruiter stayed in touch and I knew exactly where I was during the interview process. If I had any questions she was very prompt with her responses. She would reach out to stay connected in between interviews to stay engaged. Once I was offered the position the onboarding process was fantastic. My first week was like no other experience at any other employer, I knew where I needed to be and when. When I arrived everyone was so kind and willing to help to make sure my onboarding experience was fantastic. I am very pleased to have joined the BCU family!
