Fast and Easy. Just need to pass the 2 exam, Written technical and logical exam then you will have an offer. During the discussion offer, you will have a little negotiation and its all fair that you can say no it.

Entrevista
1st is Initial Interview
Then set of exams after passing
Then you will have a call for technical Interview with practical test then once passed
Immediatly schedule for your final Interview.
Applied in Makati branch. Written exam then interview if passed.
The exam was multiple choice, questions are more on technical terms like they give you a function then distinguish if it is delegate, static, etc.
