called me in for an interview and asked me questions about my former job experience and why i chose to work here. told me the expectations and requirements and what would happen if i got hired.
Applied online and then I received an email about coming in for an interview. Went to the store to do an in-person interview with the store manager. I was asked common retail questions about customers, theft, and availability. Then, I was hired on the spot.
