Little to no interview to be frank - got a call from one of the managers that described the role to me and didn't ask me any questions. Got a call from the recruitment agency same day telling me I got the job, declined the position due to past and current employee reviews. I was also skeptical that I didn't really get any proper interview and that I got a offer about 30 minutes later.
