After my application was shortlisted they sent me an assignment to do which included writing small essays and an audio assignment. And when I passed that step they called me for a personal interview. It was one hour interview with two interviewers, one was nice and smiling, the other interviewer was not smiling at all. The set of questions they asked were interesting and was related to current affairs. They asked me a lot of questions related to the political situation of the country. I enjoyed their interview process.
