Entrevista
There are two interviews that are taken, the initial interview is the preliminary interview, in which the questions are to gauge how much a person has learned from their previous job or educational institute. The final interview is much more intense, ranging from questions related to the demands of the role, the overall market condition, how the interviewee will contribute to the company, and so on. In between these two stages there is an FGD round of one hour, which is a group task.

Tell me about an example where you had to learn something from someone who was from a different socioeconomic background than you, and how did you navigate it?
After the online questionnaires, was invited to an individual interview by a manager. After which, I was invited to a case study. Then they never responded to my calls or emails, nor did they update me with anything.
